American Apparel Sunglasses, why aren't they available in the U.K.?

I'm loving these sunglasses by American Apparel. Sooo retro, very 80s, original and cool...but unavailable in the U.K. You can buy them from the U.S. for the great price of $50(ish). At least they're pretty to look at, despite the fact I can buy them, yet.
